Cosa vuol dire? Vuol dire che QUEL COGLIONE d'un mio coinquillino scarica i film, e che IO, essendo l'intestatario, sono sotto inchiesta. Vaffanculo, coglione.
Eh... sono i guai che capitano quando si convive... cmq io mi incazzerei a morte con chi ha scaricato quel film...
Eh gia'. E non e' neanche la prima volta che gli dico di frenare. Per colpa sua il nostro router salta almeno una volta al giorno.
Devo svelarti un segreto: quella mail è falsa. Viene spedita in giro a caso per vedere se qualcuno abbocca. Gli unici coglioni sono quelli della ZEN per due ottimi motivi:
a) alla Warner Bros non gliene può fregare di meno di questo fatto, a loro basta che la legge ci sia ma non possono/vogliono fare controlli
b) se la Zen o chi per loro ha fatto controlli ha violato la tua privacy perchè significa che hanno intercettato una comunicazione privata (DC come un po' tutti i programmi di file-sharing funzionano cosi') e quindi non è che tu abbia commesso meno reato perchè l'hanno commesso anche loro. Tutto sta nel convincere l'eventuale giudice. Non so come funzioni la legge lì però qui si chiamerebbe "intercettazione di comunicazione privata non autorizzata", reato punibile penalmente.
Beh, io ho fatto controlli e questa societa' esiste. Non e' neanche la prima volta che succede, visto che la legge in america prevede che le societa' "scovino" queste informazioni. Pero' per il momento la legge non e' pronta in inghilterra - infatti mi hanno detto che siccome la legge QUI non prevede niente per ora, non faranno niente.
Pero' fidati che succede... e comunque non voglio che quello scarichi film a ogni ora del giorno, per due ragioni: consuma tutta la banda e poi sarebbe anche vietato dal provider. Non mi potranno fare un processo, ma l'ADSL me lo possono levare senza problemi.
Boh, io di film ne scarico millemila...
